Pure Counter does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. The app does not require registration and does not collect precise location.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Counter app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Barfuss GmbH (collectively, the “Application”). Barfuss GmbH is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Barfuss does not retain routine server-side personal data generated through normal use of Pure Counter because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information by another means, that information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, provide support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Pure Counter does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no routine server-side personal-data record on Barfuss systems that needs to be deleted.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information directly to Barfuss, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@barfuss.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Security and breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it directly holds.
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes and consent
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
